Incoming material inspection
Components, PCB lots and battery cells are inspected against the purchase spec before release to the line.

In-process calibration
Test fixtures, torque drivers and measurement gauges are verified each shift against reference samples.

AQL 2.5 final sampling
Finished units are sampled to AQL 2.5 for appearance, function and finish before dispatch.

Pre-shipment report
You receive photos of finished pallets, the QC summary and shipping marks before the truck leaves.

Equipment
SMT lines, precision assembly and 20 years of device expertise
Aiawell runs its own SMT lines, precision injection moulding and automated final assembly, supported by inline ICT/FCT test stations, laser marking and ESD-controlled workstations. Reliability is verified in-house too: burn-in chambers, drop and vibration benches, IP ingress checks, acoustic measurement in a quiet room, and endurance runs for motors and transmissions.
